This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for SEO Forge subscriptions, credits, and paid services purchased through seoforgetools.com.

Subscriptions and Digital Access

SEO Forge is a digital SaaS product. Paid plans provide access to platform features, usage quotas, reports, tools, provider-backed workflows, and account services according to the selected plan.

A free plan may be available so users can evaluate supported tools before purchasing a paid subscription.

Refund Window

You may request a refund within 7 days of an initial subscription purchase or renewal if the purchase was accidental, duplicate, or the service was materially unavailable due to a technical issue on our side.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy or the payment processor used for the purchase.

When Refunds May Not Be Available

  • Requests made after the refund window.
  • Accounts with substantial usage of credits, exports, audits, provider-backed data, or AI generation during the billing period.
  • Add-ons, usage credits, provider costs, custom work, or services that have already been consumed or delivered.
  • Accounts suspended for abuse, fraud, payment risk, or violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Requests based only on SEO ranking, traffic, revenue, or search engine outcomes, which are not guaranteed.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. Unless a refund is approved, paid access may continue until the end of the active billing period.

How to Request a Refund

Send a refund request with your account email, order ID or subscription ID, purchase date, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional details needed to verify the account and payment.
