Subscriptions, Billing, and Quotas

Paid plans, renewals, taxes, invoices, and payment processing are handled through Lemon Squeezy or another authorized payment processor. Plan limits, credits, quotas, and feature access may vary by subscription tier and may be enforced automatically by the platform.

You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Acceptable Use

SEO Forge provides tools for analysis, research, automation, and content workflows. Results may depend on third-party providers, search engines, connected accounts, input quality, and live data availability.

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, indexation, backlink outcomes, content performance, or any specific business result. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or acting on them.

Intellectual Property

SEO Forge, its software, interface, branding, and platform content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your submitted project data and content, subject to the rights needed for us to operate and provide the service.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates security or payment risk, abuses the platform, or is required by law. You may stop using the service or cancel your subscription at any time.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities.
